Job Profile:
- Possesses excellent knowledge of the education industry along-with good analytical skills, command over English/Hindi/Telugu, with an ability to convince and convert inquiries into admissions.
- Has to experience in mobilizing students through seminars/ presentations /workshops/field visits, etc
- Has already worked in the capacity of a counselor for 5+ years and as a manager for at least 2 years and can counsel prospective students regarding different courses, fee structure, admission procedure, etc
- Can coordinate with both internal & external people during and after the admission process
- Can maintain regular communication with the colleges/students for coordinating admission activities.
- Can achieve 100% conversion of hot leads generated offline/online
- Can achieve 100% admission / enrollment targets month-on-month ensuring 100% utilization of infrastructure and resources leading to 100% fulfilment of batches / courses through counselling and coordination with management / counselor / faculty.
- Is responsible for the monthly and annual P & L of the center.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Responsibilities include 80% Sales and 20% center operations
- Center Operations management – day today
- Achieving sales budgets – Weekly / monthly to ensure the center is profitable
- Regular promotion of courses / batches – Online & Offline (field visits / seminars / workshops / etc)
- MIS reporting
- Maintaining proper books of account, control expenses, etc
- Maintaining a professional work environment
- Ensure compliance to processes, batch scheduling, preventing batch overflows, exam scheduling
- Monitor & control employee & student absenteeism.
- Ensure 100%student satisfaction by bench-marking standards
- Conduct open house monthly & take corrective measures on student concerns
- Liaison with University for examination, etc
- Coordinate with faculty for field/industry visits, student internships, placements
Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications:
Ideal candidates should possess either an MBA with 5 years of sales experience or Graduates with at least 7-8 years of experience, with thorough knowledge of the education industry.
Pay Scale: ₹300,000.00 – ₹400,000.00 per year
